This location is the closest to home so I come pretty regularly and During any day shift iv never experiences any bad customer service or bad food most of the time it’s fresh but for my two most recent visits iv had such a horrible experience on the first visit. it started before I could even make it to the window I could hear the attitude thru the speakers the lady working she was rushing me and huffing and puffing thru the mic like I was bothering her and she just had me waiting on the window waiting she was avoiding talking with me and was making a stank face at me and the second visit when I pulled up to order i experienced the same thing and when I pulled to the window I seen it was the same lady for the previous visit this time she didn’t say much but when after she gave me my food she slammed the window and said something this lady worked night shift Sunday (nov 30 ,2025) and Wednesday (dec 3,2025)

Today I visited this location at 12:22 p.m. on 11/29/2025 . The receipt says Luis , but the lady at the window was very rude . She got something as simple as the sauce wrong . She asked for the sauce back that we have touched . She didn't apologize for getting the order wrong . Her attitude gave I don't want to be at work . Customer service was not good .

Horrible customer service!! Young lady at the drive thru was VERY rude I came by 10/24/25 at 10pm and was very demanding and rushing didnt let me even think about what i wanted and was trying to get me to go to the window when i wasn’t even done with my order. Hopefully she hears about this and changes her attitude. Doesn’t seem like she likes her job at all! Also gave me regular nuggets instead of spicy. No sauce in my order and it was also cold smh Wendys do better.

Wish I could give zero stars. B/c just left Arkansas location in gp. I can only get sauces when I purchase nuggets?!?! Since when did yall start doing this? Then no more sweet and sour sauce?! Mind you I order a spicy chicken sandwich. What is going on?

The food was cold.I asked for a hamburger no cheese opened tge bun and I saw were they removed the cheese.The hambuger was dry as if it had been sitting for a while.
This location sucks I got the biggie bag but didn’t receive fries. also got a spicy chicken sandwich combo only to find out it had not any lettuce or tomato just plain and I was missing the frys for my order also don’t go at midnight or past midnight it’s the worst .

Anastasia today decided it was a better idea to be on her phone while working the drive thru, like keep her safe at home and your customers smiling after a long week of work! Today I decided to spend some of my pay check at Wendy's just so Anastasia gave me the service she did I was going to order for the whole family but ended just ordering for the little one since the big Wednesday vibe is going! Then her 💅 took the spot light. Good job Wendy's 👏🏽

Waited 15 minutes for everything to be cold I was on break only car in line and really thought everything would be fresh only to drive 5 mins away and it’s cold no heat at all won’t be coming back here at all
