This Wendy’s drive thru is always off! Second time they messed up my order, and forgot something. Also they don’t offer a receipt unless you explicitly ask. Make sure you check your food and even open it up before you drive off!

It’s every Wendy’s I go to something happenes, at this particular one I didn’t get anything I ordered at all . Got all the way home and had to drive all the way back THEN on my NEW order there was hair in my food! Im so tired of Wendy’s company in general and their employees SUCK they don’t care about the job or customer i SWEAR Wendy’s will NEVER get a penny from me ever again . I’m so disappointed. And the food is not even that’s goods

Who ever made my Krabby Patty meal needs a raise! They knocked it out of the park. Visually pleasing (commercial worthy) taste was amazing! The lady who handed us our meal was very happy to be there (SpongeBob exceptions met)

I ordered through the drive through on my lunch hour. The young lady that took my order was very rude and had a horrible attitude. She might should’ve stayed home today. I requested a 4/4 meal, lo and behold I didn’t pay attention to paying $5.40 and my receipt saying BIGGIE BAG. But where are my 5 items? I only received 4. I’ll go inside next time and check my order prior to leaving. I’ve called several times and the number goes to Allstate. Wow
Food was what I expected, but they can keep the horrible service. Take her away from working drive through

Check your food. I have loved Wendy's for years but cannot trust it. 1st- we could not use our Wendy's app (scanner was down to earn rewards). 2nd- Half the order was missing which irritated workers, because we asked for our food. It was not like we left and came back. We checked our order at the window, but somehow, we were lying about it. 3rd-Then I get home, and open my single and had mold on it! Check your order & your food at the window and ask for receipt!
They gave me the wrong order at the window, tried calling to get it fixed.. they don't even have a working number to the store. Smh. Now instead of simply calling to get this fixed I have to drive all the way back up there.

The food was fresh. Service was prompt and friendly. If you're dining in, be prepared to find dirty tables, and the dining area is small, so it feels very cramped. The restrooms are one person at a time so take that in mind if there are others waiting.

I ordered a 10 piece nugget fresh and when I asked were they fresh I got an attitude! Then I get home my nuggets are overcooked and dry. The workers are definitely lazy! You could have just done it right the first time to prevent the attitude, the time spent and now a bad review!

We were not greeted upon arrival. We stood at the counter while the employees all stared at my family. After about 2 minutes, an employee came to take our order, stop at the register, and awaiting us to speak first. I then greeted the employee and asked how they were doing. The food was cold and the drinks were flat. Do better at this location management. Will rewrite review once we are acknowledged and treated with some respect.

$14.00 for a half full large fry, a small Asiago chicken sandwich, and a large Fanta🤦♂️ fast food is getting ridiculous! I could have sat down at Chilis and got better food for the same price. Not eating at Wendy’s ever again!
