I’m usually patient, but today’s drive-through service was unacceptable. The staff seemed disorganized and unapproachable, and my order was handled so poorly I didn’t even bother to complete the order & left. I truly hope this location works on improving customer care.

Was in a rush and went through the drive through. Was handed the wrong order and didn’t see that till I got to work. Called them to let them know, and they kept asking me for my receipt which I never got because they gave me the wrong order. Had to clarify multiple times that I do not have it, I have whoever this other persons orders reciept. Was told it couldn’t be refunded but to come back Monday. I have no reason to honestly come back out this way, as I am off work. I will just to get my actual order, but this is very frustrating. Will not be dining here again.

Zero sense of urgency from management for online ordering and pickup everytime I go there. I watched as the manager (bigger white lady in grey polo) is pushing hard on drive thru as the dining room filled with customers. Waited 25 minutes on an order ahead. Young hispanic girl was genuinely trying (dont know her name but she usually works mornings) at the counter and showed genuine sympathy and urgency as she was shuffling multiple customers at the counter and then pulling orders from the back by her self until a lady stepped in to help.

5-6 workers all standing at the register while I was waiting for 5 mins to just place my order only person in line. They where clocking out so they where all ordering themselves food and manager came out and gave them a discount on their food and even said himself “customers come first” workers continues to ignore me.

Burger was not what I ordered, took it back to the manager he took it and brought it back to me with my missing ingredients in a cup. I guess making the burger over the way it was ordered and written on my receipt was too much trouble.

This was only my 2nd time being at a whataburger and I really wish they had them in the Northeast. The food tastes awesome, the restaurant was very clean, and the service was 5/5. An older gentleman working there named Donny just made our experience perfect. He filled us in on sauces and how to buy them online. Highly recommend stopping.
