This was only my 2nd time being at a whataburger and I really wish they had them in the Northeast. The food tastes awesome, the restaurant was very clean, and the service was 5/5. An older gentleman working there named Donny just made our experience perfect. He filled us in on sauces and how to buy them online. Highly recommend stopping.
I’m from North Carolina and of course needed to try whataburger and it was the best fast food burger I’ve ever had and yes that includes in and out, Donny was the “cats meow” the service he provided and the hospitality of the workers in general, were stand out. I savored every second because unless I come back to this location who knows if I’ll ever have service like that again in a fast food restaurant, 10 stars!
It’s not the best area, but the food is great and the people are really nice. When I use the restroom. They let me use the restroom. I understand it’s in the neighborhood where they have to lock the shoes, but I’m thankful that they’re kind even if I don’t buy something to let me use the restroom.
