Just go ahead and skip this location . Oil is always old. Always someone rude. Meat is always pink . And tonight after my night shift I got a questionable burger . Like why is there so many tomatoes and why does the patty look like someone bit it literally missing a big chunk 🙃

What happened to this place? The customer service has gone downhill. The staff was incredibly rude, and they couldn’t even get my order right. Very disappointed with how things have changed—I used to enjoy coming here, but after this experience, I won’t be back.

This place has no work ethic. Multiple times I ordered online and order is not ready. Have to wait 10 or more minutes on top of the application wait time.
I have ordered saldas with double chicken and only received one piece of chicken.

Late night shift is my favorite time to come soley based on they get everything correct with little effort. It's a solid whataburger overall. They're not painfully slow, and not crazy packed like the whataburger on beltline and 30.

I always order on the app because of tome constraints from work. Yesterday was the last time they'll get my money. I waited 15 minutes on food I'd ordered 20 minutes prior. Food is always sloppy too. People are nice there usually...but take forever getting your order. What's the point of ordering ahead?

I have been to this location multiple times and drive thru service has been the worst. I want to say today Jake took my order and you all need to keep this guy here, great customer service, repeated my order to confirm everything was correct and my order was fast and right.

We waited over 30 minutes behind multiple cars in the drive thru before we were fortunate to get out of that line. It should not take that long to get food in a drive thru. This location used to be good about a year ago, but after having multiple orders messed up, day old grease used on the chicken tenders, and long waits in the drive thru, we're never eating here again.

Just had a great experience‼️Rolled thru the drive thru at 2 AM after placing a mobile order. The nice lady told me it would be a minute on the wings, and asked me to pull around front. She would come out with my order shortly. I'm cool with it cause I know some fresh wings are on the way. Then I realized I forgot to add side ketchups for my onion rings in the app. 🤦 Well when she came out, she said she didn't know if I wanted ketchup but she was sure I did so she threw one of each in my bag. I actually did want both regular ketchup and spicy. She must have read my mind‼️ Bravo‼️
