I am going to start holding the line up in the Drive-Thru so I can check my orders to make sure it's correct. It was wrong three times this week

We ordered on the app to pick up curbside since they did not have the option to pick up at the drive thru. We arrived and checked in with our spot number. 10 minutes later someone else arrived and received their food right away. 10 more minutes we were still waiting. We called and they said they were bagging our food. 10 more minutes before someone came out but didn't have our drinks. They said they had no soda. It's like are you kidding me. We ended up with 4 sweet teas. The teas were all very warm and overly sweet. Disgusting. Couldn't drink them. The burgers were dry like shoe leather. The buns were like day old bread. Horrible horrible experience. We didn't even get our sauces or even ketchup. This place needs new management and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Will not be going back to this location even those it is so close by.

I left this store years ago because of poor service and there always seemed to be something missing from my order, but over time the other stores in the area have declined so I returned here, the food was amazing! The service was above par, and the restaurant was clean!

My online order is very good and I have a good server. I don't know his name but he is a skinny black guy with glasses. I love his service and the fries are always fresh. He goes above and beyond to get the job done and the food right
