Very lovely young ladies were running things today! Food was great and service was fast. One of the young ladies was very nice I wish I took down her name but I hope that management continues to hire employees that create a friendly and fast service for every customer!

Love the onion rings!! Chicken strips are great. Everything they serve is hot and large portortioned. I almost can't eat a whole burger. Service is always friendly, and they bring the food to your table.

First and Last time I ever go to this location. I showed up at 2:22AM on my break from work that was only suppose to be 15 mins. So I placed an order on my app in order to try to be back on time. After letting the location know I was there for my order I was told to wait in Lane B then watched cars go by. Then the drive thru person said it would only be another 2-3 mins as they are packing up my order. Well 15 mins later I'm still waiting which if I didn't place the order on my app and paid I would of left a lot earlier but there I was 40 mins later still waiting. If you can't serve people in a timley manner just close the place down. Anyways I left with no food as I had to get back to work.

Now on the phone with customer service for the last 20 mins to try to get a refund/cancel my order..... The phone picks up for a few mins then hangs up. What kind of scam are we running here?

Just checked my order status just now and it was marked picked up. Come on..... Seriously?

Let me start by saying I don't typically eat fast food and when I do I go with what I thought tasted good. The honey bbq sandwich USED to be my favorite meal. Unfortunately, it was lukewarm, the chicken was dry, there was barely any sauce and the fries weren't any better. I threw the meal in the trash after the 1st bite
. No, I didn't ask for my money back nor do I want it back. Your unhappy Texan😒.

This location is awful. I came through the drive through, ended up with the wrong order and no drink. When I called I was told to come back “whenever” and to just give my name and proceeded to hang up on me. I stopped by and the manager didn’t want to take accountability for anything and said no one could remember speaking to me and then proceeded to ask for the phone records showing I called. I’d skip this location and go somewhere else!

Very very disappointed in how my meals turned out today. Went on lunch break go grab my coffee workers ans I lunch...get back to eat and this is what I found. So sad I paid almost 50$ in food and all the meals were like this.

Most of my experiences here are good, usually very kind, fun workers. Most of the time the food is great and the order is right. However, in the last 2 weeks I have gone kind of late (between 9-10pm) and the one girl who will take our order will have an attitude, will get the order wrong, and I will ask for a shake but conveniently ONLY on the nights she works, the shake machine is broken? But if I come the next day and she’s not there it works? Look, I had friends who worked at McDonald’s, I worked at DQ, I know for a fact that she is saying it’s “broken” because she is lazy and doesn’t want to clean it the machine. Unprofessional.

Water burger is a joke I tried to order and have them deliver food it never happened. They kept saying someone was on their way. Nobody never showed up. Went to bed hungry thanks Whataburger.
