I’ve been to this Whataburger at least 10 times, and on no less than 8 of those visits I ordered through the app. Almost every time, my order takes an additional 10–15 minutes longer than it should, not including the 7 minutes the app already says it may take for the order to be ready.
Ordering ahead is supposed to save time, but at this location it does the opposite. I consistently arrive when the app says my order should be ready, only to be told to wait much longer. This has become a pattern, not an isolated incident.
The repeated delays make the app feel unreliable and show a lack of organization at this location. After giving this place multiple chances, it’s frustrating to keep having the same experience. I expect better time management and accuracy.

Me and my family have been coming to this location since they opened but for the past 2 years their customer service has sucked. The food has gone down slightly but for this year as of 2025 its been ok. I highly recommend that you please train these young people to have respect and not crumble up receipts on purpose when giving it to the customer. Also, the attitudes that the staff has is terrible, they are messing up orders left and right which is fine if you can fix it without a bad attitude. The disrespect the young people are giving the customer inside and in the drive through is going to cause an altercation because the staff is treating people that bad. Moving forward please hire some more adults on staff and train the young people better or people will stop coming here. There are plenty of Whataburgers and for this hot spot location to be performing like this is not good. And I do believe this situation should be taken to the higher ups in corporate or the Owner of this location.

They should be getting zero stars. I cannot rate the food because I never got that far. I ordered a #5, #7, and a kids meal combo. When I ordered and pulled up there were only 2 cars including myself in the drive thru. I waited 10 minutes at the window got my drinks and was asked to pull up. After 7 minutes of waiting I noticed people behind me getting multiple items and bags and driving away. I went in to ask what was taking so long and turns out my order was supposedly never made only after I went into the store the manager started yelling for them to make my order. 🤯🤯🤯 I promptly asked for a refund. They had so many people working but couldn’t get my order out after 30 minutes. Never again!

This is literally the worst Whataburger experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. My husband and I are huge fans of Whataburger and we frequent a couple of locations each weekend for Sunday breakfast. I took my son to this Whataburger and I ordered a coffee, pancake, breakfast and taquito the coffee carafe was empty and had a expired time stamp of 10:02 am. It was around 10:30 am. I then asked the cashier for coffee from the back. He brought back some coffee that had a interesting taste like French vanilla or something was added. I didn’t drink it. Also it was warm. My taquito I’d asked for a customization of shredded cheddar cheese instead of block cheese buy they put both on. I asked for that to be remade once it was remade there were literally 10 pieces of shredded cheese on it. No one ever came out to check on us when they brought out my son’s pancakes we had to ask for butter and syrup, not provided. They were also out of forks and knives in the lobby so I had to check in again at the cashier area. Again, I totally understand when places are busy, but this was truly the absolute worst Whataburger experience I’ve ever had. I will never go back here. I plan on contacting Kayla Jacinto the operating manager.

I’m really disappointed with Whataburger. Every time I place a mobile order, it takes forever for them to bring it out. I end up waiting so long that I eventually have to go inside and ask for my food anyway. The whole point of mobile ordering is convenience, but this location makes it the exact opposite. It’s frustrating, slow, and honestly not worth the hassle. I hope they improve their service.

Their original burger is among the best for this price range and a Texas pride! Add American cheese, grilled onion and a mix of mayo and ketchup for the best burger experience. The only thing that could be better is the bun, which has a spare for improvement.
I was absolutely taken away by the service. I didn’t expect much but wow. The crew was super friendly!

This Whataburger is my fav Whataburger . They are fast friendly on top of it. I come every morning for breakfast and 3 times for lunch. Thank you!

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I visited this Whataburger location for dinner and ordered three combos:
• Combo #1: No pickles, extra mustard and onion, lemonade
• Sweet & Spicy Combo: Fries and lemonade
• Wrangler Combo: No pickles, Fanta
Right away, the drinks were wrong—I received two Fantas and no lemonade. When I asked about it, the employee told me they were out of lemonade and I’d have to wait for more. Later, when I went inside, I saw a full tank of lemonade sitting there.
When my food arrived, I checked the bags and everything was wrong: the burgers had pickles, there was no extra onion or mustard, and I received two Wranglers instead of the correct meals. I brought it to their attention, but the drive-thru employee insisted the cooks said it was correct. Only after speaking with the manager, Cain, did they remake the order.
Unfortunately, I didn’t check it thoroughly before leaving. When I got home, both orders of onion rings were burnt into hard balls, and my burger still didn’t have the extra mustard or onion I requested. I had to drive all the way back.
While on the phone with corporate, I spoke with the manager again. He wanted to simply add mustard and onion to the cold burger instead of remaking it. After I refused, he took everything back. When he returned, one order of onion rings had only three pieces, and he claimed “the rest are at the bottom of the bag.”
I asked him to refill the onion rings. While waiting, I checked the burger and found the bun so stale and hard that I could tap on it and hear it. Then I discovered two large containers in the bag—one filled with mustard and the other filled with onion slices—which felt extremely unprofessional and unnecessary.
At that point, I was completely done. I calmly handed them back, took what he gave me, and left. I spent over an hour (5:38–6:40 PM on 11/13/25) just trying to get a correct order, and I still left unsatisfied.
I will not be returning to this location. Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

Always takes forever and has gotten my order wrong more that 3 times
This used to be my favorite lunchtime place to go. Seems that’s the staff they had before is long gone. This new staff is horrible. Takes 10-15 to get an order that’s placed for curbside or inside the store to go. Definitely will not be back again for breakfast, lunch or dinner

This place is terrible at giving order. I get my online order and this stuff ends up coming out cold everytime. And I still end up waiting 15+ minutes for my food. Better off just ordering when I arrive. Atleast I would get hot food.
