I think he was the manager explained the chicken sandwich description when I asked, which was delicious & It was very filling and well seasoned, will return!

They didn't tell anyone you could only get one 8 pc chicken for 3.99 on
06/19/25 when they had the sale. Then I tried to add a 2pc for $1 and she said no I couldnt!!! After being in line for an hour ! In the video it didn't say there was a limit. So wth??

Stopped by this location through the drive thru today. The guy at the window was nice, but the chicken when I got home tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp too long. It was stale and no longer crispy. I live like 5 minutes away so it’s not like I traveled a while to get home. The fries were the same way. I won’t waste my time going back to complain. I’m too tired after work. I simply will never go back.

It's been a couple of time I go and buy Williams chicken. I love it it smells so good . But if u don't make my food fresh it is not good . I like my food hot and fresh . I went today and I told the lady plz make my food fresh and she didn't. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️😡😡

The cook needs to stick to Williams recipe! The chicken had no flavor, like rice cakes, but losing one's temper, keeps one quiet... Horrible chicken at this location. 😥😡🤢

Manager was disrespectful and would not take my order after me trying to understand his communication because he speaks a different Language. Then he gets mad and impatient because I can't understand him.

I visited restaurant 10 minutes back and I ordered 6 pc hotwings over drive through and at the front desk. The man over there was so rude on me followed to the parking lot. They did not serve me and discriminated me pretending that I was ordering coffee. Everybody know that you don't serve coffee. You may have to take action against this employees. This is my request. I did not have any intension, only to buy food for lunch. This is so provocative. How could he assume coffee instead of hotwings... it is way different. Hope management understand this. Thanks.

My 9-year old was a little hungry so she wanted to buy us dinner with her allowance money. We went to this location because it was on the way to our destination. We ordered our food and gave the lady the card. She quoted us one price; however, we were charged a higher amount. When I questioned her about it, she said that our bank charged us extra tax for the purchase. I informed her that this has never happened. I asked for the manager and both she and the cook said they were the owners. They continued to both blame the bank. They begin to argue with me and the lady laughed at the situation which caused my daughter to cry since it was her debit card that they over charged. I told her that it was not funny and she literally said “I’m laughing because you don’t understand that your bank charged you extra tax.” I kept showing them the proof, the lady kept laughing and they became loud with me (which in turn I was loud back). She then pushed the man (supposedly the other owner) out of the way to keep him from talking to me. Then she threatened to keep the food that was already paid for. I told her she could not do that. She then said she would refund the amount of the original total and not the total that they charged. My child was still crying. I took the food and before she slammed the window she said we could never come back. That’s actually cool with me. Now all of this started because they overcharged us. This could have been avoided if they would have just owned up to their mistake. Absolutely horrible.

This place is supposed to be under new management. The manager and staff is horrible.I attempted to not rate this place. I will be contacting the health department. Old chicken should be discarded and not refried again and again. This place can cause serious illness in addition to food poisoning. I purchased food today and alerted the Manager and showed the chicken which was hard and black and dark on the inside. The manager refused to replace or refund. She also had the audacity to argue with me and three other people about the food. I understand these places are franchised but I will continue you to reach others in charge. If anyone one else knows of anyone else to contact please comment. This location is horrible in service and the food is very unhealthy. They definitely needs to be sued. They can cause others to become ill and food poisoning. Chicken should be discarded when it is old and not refried. If the health department doesn't not review and see other people's comments and reviews about old chicken and food from other people's comments and reviews that is a serious problem. Not all people will have the exact same issues. I will be suing if possible and encourage others if they become ill or food poisoned. This has to stop. This is very unhealthy and the management (Asian staff) would not replace the food or refund as each customer took the food back to the counter. Are you guys (staff) that ignorant and desperate for a couple of dollars. You guys are a lawsuit waiting to happen. I even would question the cleanliness and handling of foods if you can't even cook, prepare and handle chicken correctly.
