This is For all stores, charging $1.61 for 1 small ranch is insane , I was better off buying a bottle from a grocery store that would last for later use

It’s CRAZY that there are negative reviews for this location. Mary (I believe is her name) was extremely pleasant and friendly! Her and another young lady kept checking on me and my husband making sure that we didn’t need anything. This location was very clean during a lunch rush as were the bathrooms! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Will definitely be returning!

I order my food online and I went to pick it up. It wasn’t ready when I got there which is understandable, but there where like 5 different young employees chitchatting in front of the register and when the kitchen employees put my food ready nobody was putting attention to see if my order was ready until I ask them if that was my order which it was. One of the employees look at me like how dare is she asking for her order lol. The wings where good.

I made an online order which the first door dash driver messed up and gave me the wrong order , she came back for the food but didn’t even have MY order. However when I called wingstop the manager Cesar was so much help and so pleasant to speak to, he contacted door dash and had a new driver pick up my food as well as remaking it to ensure it wasn’t cold and updated me by personally calling me.

Only put 1 star so I can leave my review. This store does not like to honor promo codes so they will lie on the delivery driver and say they are stealing your order. The manager is rude and requires lessons on how to speak to paying customers. He gets loud and offensive making you the problem, loves shouting out it’s not his problem and to call customer service knowing there is no customer service number for Uber eats nor Wingstop. I guess that says a lot about both establishments. If neither company has a customer service department who is there to complain too? Because from what wingstop said is that Uber eats driver stole my food/ order. I call BS go up there and it’s obvious he doesn’t want to replace my order so he’ll cancel my order and now I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back. SMH. All we wanted was our food, it was past 930pm my kids and I had already waited the 45 minutes. I called 3 days later on the 1shift manager and she had the same nasty attitude as the night shift man. Wingstop has got to do better then these two rude and disgraceful managers.
They premake food to serve people and get them in and out instead of giving us fresh food.
Their system is always going down. And orders are always messed up. The only good thing is that usually everything is pretty hot when it's given to you

Horrible service at this place. The manager argues with customers. Tried to pay for 53 dollar order w a 100 and they refused to take my payment said he couldn’t use the money in the register for my change bc he wouldn’t have any change left for the day. 47 dollars?? lol I’ve seen the manager argue w his employees on multiple visits. Very unprofessional atmosphere

⭐ One star only because the food was good — zero stars for the service.
I placed an online order 30 minutes ahead of time and still waited 45 minutes past the pickup time. During that wait, I watched employees sneak phone calls behind bags, clearly trying to stay out of camera view instead of helping customers.
Three other customers walked out (before ordering) while I was waiting because of similar delays. I rarely leave negative reviews — I usually just don’t come back — but this experience deserves to be called out. The staff needs serious improvement. This location needs a whole new crew.
