Worst Wingstop I’ve ever been too. The Mexican guy name Raul who cooks the wings is telling everyone that we can’t have all flat wings. And the manager is allowing him to do it. I every time I’ve ask for all flats wings he says no. And every time I just walk out. I wish I could give 0 star rating. This Mexican Raul has a terrible attitude problem and should be fired immediately .

This is the worst Wingstop and most unprofessional rude employees I ever dealt with I spent 40 dollars on some wings I didn’t even want I wanted bone in and I told them I would bring the order back to get bone in oh and don’t mind how rude the Hispanic man is in the front I told him I had a pick up order with my name he start asking for last 4 digits of my card number the email and so on so on the food was cold dry and tasted like it’s just been sitting there for more than 2 hours and the manager is very rude she hung up in my face and didn’t even try to accommodate me for fixing me some fresh food she stated well u pick your food up late it’s been sitting here I will be contacting corporate on this unprofessional nasty dry old wings for almost 50 dollars and they didn’t want to cook them fresh instead she hung up in my face

My boyfriend and I went to this location after ordering online and I don't know why we didn't check our order before leaving but we did.. get home to find our family pack that we had purchased was literally only enough for two people not four! It literally looks like the cooks were lazy at the end of their evening and instead of opening up a fresh bag of chicken it decided to dump in the tiny turd giblets and service them knowing that the order was supposed to feed four people... Every single flavor of nuggets were flattened looking and literally the size of quarters.. if I wanted popcorn chicken I could have spent $10 on a bag of Tyson at Kroger's rather than blowing $40 here for my family to eat and still be hungry.. whenever we tried to call to explain her issue and then try to talk to management to see if we can bring it back and have it remade nobody answered the phone in fact they kept putting us on hold.. made me and my boyfriend feel like they knew who was calling because whenever we arrived to pick up our food they were passing around a phone that looked to be the work phone.. so if you are okay enough to answer and deal with a phone call whenever we are picking up why are you not able to pick up a phone call whenever we call. It's absolutely ridiculous to play with people's money at all but knowing how close it is to Christmas and how tight everyone's pockets are it's just disgusTing... It's bad enough that we are in a location in Grand prairie where we have to drive a good distance to get to anywhere so not only did I blow the last bit of money that I had on popcorn chicken that were dried out and just full of grease (literally my stepchild said when she bit into one it was hard..........) but I also wasted gas driving 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back.. hence the reason we tried to call to handle the situation because we were already 15 minutes away from WingStop when we got home.... I don't know what's happened to the staff here but y'all have gotten incredibly lazy instead of worrying about the female and the back with the big booty you guys need to be focused more on your customers and the quality of the food that you were serving! For god sakes y'all are Wingstop so y'all should know damn well how expensive y'all are..... Stop playing with ppl... The black woman who normally runs the front I think she's the manager she's real cool but I didn't see her last night so maybe that was the problem.. this staff needs continuous management in order to keep things flowing the right way.. I'm guessing once the boss left yesterday the team decided to be lazy and flirt with some of the cooks in the back and think it's funny when you have a line in the front and you guys are passing a work phone around..

When I order from this location during lunch hours the lady at the register has the best customer service skills I have seen in a very long time! She calls back your order and makes sure you received what you ordered with a smile and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. On top of that the fries and Wings were perfectly cooked! Shout out to the crew! I will definitely keep coming back here.

I spent $37 just for all our food to be too salty to eat.
When you place the order, the statement says to just go to cashier and tell them your name...I did just that. When the cashier found my order and was about to hand the bag to my son she decided she needed the last 4 #s of the order...even after teller her what my specific order was. ? This would not have bothered me as much had the food been good.
I'm super dissatisfied and disappointed. What a waste of money.

IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD they forgot to give me my entire order I get home and I’m missing 10 wings I called back MATHEW was beyond rude talking over me and placed me on hold while I was talking to him I go back to pick up my wings he had promised me extra ones for the inconvenience and once i get there they told me they cannot give me the extra ones he had promised, basically he promised me extra ones to shut me up, I asked to speak with a manager and apparently there is no manager right now.
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND STAFF they need a manager to make sure the service is better and make sure they DONT FORGET peoples orders.
Oh and they don’t like to give their names out.

Always very rude at this location. The manager has an insane attitude and was very very rude to her employees and to customers. would not want to work for her , just go to a different wingstop honestly these reviews are bad for a reason . sorry for the people who have to work with her
