This was hands down the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had at any Wingstop. My order was completely wrong, items were missing, and the food that was in the bag was ice cold like it had been sitting out forever. I called expecting a simple fix — just remake the food I paid for — and instead I got attitude from the manager the moment I opened my mouth (mind you, I had to wait on hold for 17 minutes before i got to speak to her).
I’ve never dealt with someone so rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. The manager flat-out told me they “can only give the missing items” and refused to remake anything, even though the rest of the food was stone cold and clearly not fresh. No apology. No effort. No basic customer service. Just straight-up refusal to make things right.
If this location is going to mess up orders and then argue with customers instead of fixing their own mistakes, there is absolutely no reason to come here.
I expect someone from management or corporate to contact me directly to make this right, because the experience at this store was unacceptable.
This store has gone downhill since the recent “remodel”.
If i could, i would give this location and this manager 0 stars. My visit happened on Tuesday, December 9th at 9pm.

Would’ve been good but the lady whom took our order was sick seem like coughing using a napkin and not washing her hands and missed up on our card over charging I pray y’all get it together she need to go home she can cause others to get sick and mask down doesn’t help the matter this my second encounter at this location not handling business nor employees been together again pray y’all get it together

8 wings like 30 minutes cmon bro hurry up
One they got our order wrong, and expected us to take it wrong. My wife brought the food home. I ordered Cajun and lemon pepper. I don't know what that was but it was not Cajun. Barely any sauce and did not have the seasoning on it. The chicken wasn't cooked well either. Normally their is a crunch to the lemon pepper. The skin on both flavors was very rubbery. I couldn't even finish my meal. Worst wing stop ever.

Everything was meh. Customer service 👎 lack of seasoning + sauce on the chicken AND fries 👎 also paid for the upsize for the drink and they didn't fill the cup completely.

I hate giving even slightly bad reviews but man we paid over $70 and the entire family was complaining. Been coming here for years and this time I was very disappointed

This is the worst wingstop I have ever been to. Look at how much grease they are using and their food tastes like it has been reheated. I will not be returning to this location.
