Love coming to this spot. The wings are always so good! Today I called to place an order and picked it up with no issues. However, when I got home, I realized that I received the wrong flavor of wings. I called and a sweet lady named Jocelyn helped me resolve the issue. I wasn't able to drive back, so they delivered it to me. Huge shoutout to Jocelyn for being so kind and making things right as soon as possible. Will definitely come back again.

I recently moved into the area and after a long day of moving I didn’t feel up to cooking. I decided to order Wingstop for dinner (online) after picking up my order and arriving home I noticed my order was incorrect and missing an item.I called the location to provide feedback and the woman who worked at this location was very rude and suggested if I didn’t want to bring back my items immediately she suggested I put my order “in the freezer” and bring back when I wanted it remade. She stated if I went to Tom Thumb and my chips were steal I wouldn’t eat them.The whole situation was a disaster and her resolution was extremely comical.My sole purpose of the call was to bring awareness to the service but she didn’t seem to care.Save your yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

Been here several times because I like the flavor of their sauce, but they usually overcook my wings, and I dont know why. Just cook to 160-180 degrees to kill any bacteria while keeping the chicken juicy. Maybe their cook likes tough, hard chicken wings. **EDIT** 2 stars previously, 3 stars now. Just tell the cashier to make sure they cook it right.

I love Wingstop!!! It my favorite. But, everytime I eat there at this specific location my bellyaches. And, I went there yesterday and only ate 2 wings and had to leave my job cuz I had food poisoning. So, they must not be cooking their chicken long enough.

I'm beginning to think this location doesn't care about how they prepare the food. The wings, particularly the lemon pepper wings, never have seasoning on them. So I thought I'd order them with extra seasoning this time, and they still didn't have any seasoning. This place is too expensive to not be prepared properly.

Horrible,horrible,service all little kids playing around no type of professional at all waited a hour and no food was ready did a walk in had to cancel it and get my money back because they are slow and playing around instead of finishing ordered and reorder at another wingstop and was 16 mins away they said it’s ready in 10-15 mins and it was by the time i was there
