I have never left a review before, but I’m so disgusted I felt inclined to. We ordered boneless wings from here and picked them about 10 minutes later and ate them there. However, the wings were already cold and overly sauced. It was almost like the chicken had been sitting out for a while and they just tossed them in the sauce. The chicken felt very dry and rubbery. Some pieces were more bread than chicken. I could feel my stomach hurting instantly. Also, I asked for a cup for water and they said they didn’t have any. The staff seemed very young and like they don’t care. It was very disappointing and a waste of money.

Over an hour wait time. Never got my order and still got charged.
My brother and I ordered a boneless wings and the chicken sandwich but for the boneless we ended up getting the bone Version Please Next Time Correct our order, Thank you 😕

Yesterday, my friend and I pulled up to Wingstop. Usually, I’d rather eat wings at Buffalo Wild Wings or Pluckers, however my friend, Noah, changed my mind. He was right. It was mostly all thanks to the cashier, Esmarlada (I believe that is the name she told us). Not only did she changed my likings from boneless to bone-in, she also offered us amazing deals. However, the best thing she did for us was paying the extra 65 cents from her own pocket because my friend forgot his PIN number. She told us that the food will take around 10 minutes, but right after we finished washing our hands it was ready on our table in under 2 minutes with 20 of the most tastiest wings of my life. I thank the cooks for the efficiency, accuracy, and quality they provide. Finally, Esmoralda saw me struggling with the sweet tea, and fixed it up with ease. Thank you Esmoralda for your hard work and determination to please customers at my new favorite wing store.

Just a heads up, this location is no longer seasoning their fries. Tried ordering again but received unseasoned fries again. Be careful on ordering the lemon pepper wings, they like to add extra oil. With wing flavors like original hot make sure to ask for extra sauce sometimes they come out dry.. Service was great wish the food was too.

Rude staff
I ordered a chicken sandwich and the experience wasn’t great. The sandwich was loaded with an excessive amount of pickles (around 10), when I would normally expect just 2 or 3. On top of that, it seemed like they didn’t drain them properly because the bun and chicken were soaked in pickle juice, which ruined the flavor and texture. To make things worse, the chicken was way too salty.

Diana (district manager) just fired Anais because she didn’t want any athletics working in her store. Anais is still in high school, and this people abuse of the younger teens making them scrub floors. People who should be fired is the ones drinking alcohol on the clock. This is so unfair!

Poor quality food, worse customer service and the drink dispenser for water was cloudy and colorful even though I held it down for so long. The so called manager was super rude and didn't want to give me her name. The one working under her was just as rude. Spoke to someone who said I would be getting a call from upper management and still haven't received a call back. This was on April 26th and it is now May 11th. Customer service is a thing of the past and these businesses don't deserve to be open.
This place was awesome. It wasn’t too much going on, not too many customers, and my food came out of the timely manner.

Ordered online walked to the ONLINE order line and was told I had to wait in the line with everyone on was placing a order and not even 5sec later someone walks in behind me to pick up also and got there food from the same girl who told be I had to wait so now we pick and choose who to help won’t be coming to this location again

Please retrain your employees. We tried calling an order in on Easter and the cashiers were playing around and popping confetti eggs inside and walking around the kitchen area with confetti all over them. They were laughing on the phone and not really listening. Same issue when we went to pick up the order. They were all young ladies btw. When we asked for a manager over the phone they just laughed. I will be contacting corporate.
