First time not sure yet if I'd visit again. The staff was friendly, but the service was really slow. I ordered a Wing basket and Strawberry Mojito at 5pm. Most tables were not cleaned, but I found a clean corner on one. Six folks came after me and all got their drinks orders. Most got one particular drink, it was Beautiful. My number was finally called at 5:17 to pick up my food and 5:21 to pick up my drink. The Wings were tiny and hard fried, taste ok. The fries were good, but those at the bottom were swimming in grease. The drink was ok...tasted like a Topo Chico with a splash of Strawberry. I decided to try The Mangonadas since it seemed popular- its a good drink. A Saving Grace, really that may prompt a return, but nothing else.

Went @10pm on a friday to get an elote bowl and they said the kitchen was closed! I get closing the kitchen 30 minutes before but an hour??!?!! Makes no sense to keep a snack place open an hour later if they don’t do the snacks past original hours?!?

I previously gave y’all 5 stars because of the service and the food. But that all changed today when I went in about 7:30 PM to get some dinner. The lady tells me that the kitchen is closed. How is that possible when you close at 10 PM?

No thank you I will never return again.

A friend placed an order online. Food was greasy and not good. Brought it back to the store and the manager said I couldn't get a refund because it was paid for online. Then said she couldn't even substitute for an alternative item because the food was taken out of the store. Not happy with the service, and it makes no sense that we can't get the money back for something they didn't eat.

I had been going here a few times a week getting a matcha milk teas and was told after several visits that they charge $1 extra if you don’t want ice in your drink. I have NEVER heard of being charged for not wanting ice and had NEVER been told all of the times I had previously come in. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Walked in to order something for my lunch and the owner or worker took about 3 mins to get up from his chair and was just looking at his phone and didn’t even ask me what I wanted to eat. Lost a customer tell employees to stop being stuck on the phone.

I think this place change management because food is not the same . Garlic noodles are not the same as before . Garlic noodles are more like ramen noodles , super oily , and added veggies? It’s weird . The popcorn chicken was very oily. Carne asada fries was decent . But was not the same as before . Food was so bad that I didn’t even want to get a drink anymore . Are they all different ? Cause I was very disappointed. Quality has definitely gone down hill . Willl not be back to this location at least

I gave Zero Degrees in Grand Prairie a try, but I left underwhelmed. The food looked just okay, but the presentation didn’t match the hype. I ordered rice but was given elote, and no effort was made to correct or accommodate that mix-up. Honestly, the experience felt overrated, and I hope the management takes note to refine both the accuracy and the customer service... Food didn't have flavor or anything.... I wish I could get my $79 back

Came at 11:50 AM for the $10 lunch special they advertise. Front guy just says “we’re not serving that.” No explanation.

Why advertise it then? I didn’t argue — just walked away. Waste of time.

Garlic noodles didn't have any garlic, not impressed.

We had the carne asada fries. The “carne asada” was ground beef. And the “guacamole” was just green limey sauce. Not worth it at all. Go to an actual Mexican place instead. Would not recommend and pretty disappointed ngl. Not sure how the other items are, but I personally wouldn’t go back.
