I ordered the Zero burger. Their menu online is not what we received. We called the store and they refused to acknowledge their mistake and said they changed the burger but not their website yet. The false advertisement and the rudeness of the manager ruined the experience.
The drinks were good and the young lady that took our order was sweet but the food was okay and we will not be going back due to the experience.

Flavor ,flavor, flavor, . I had the beef Pho combo for for lunch meaty great portion. It was great. the taste made you want more. I met Tony a true champion of putting a great product out. If you're eating dishes anywhere else you're getting cheating. The prices here 10/10, the other items on the menu satisfy adults and children. Please , please ,do your taste buds a solid and Eat Zero degrees you'll love it as much as I did

The customer service was great, cashier very friendly. However the wings are not right. I think they are frozen and they are breaded and tasted old. Pls use fresh wings. They were disgusting. My fries & corn were good though.

This place had good service. But the wings did not look appetizing and/or not cooked all the way. We wanted to sit down and couldn’t find a clean spot to sit at and it was very dirty when you walked in. Also one of the staff members looked like they dipped their hands in the ice. I felt disgusted after witnessing that. I don’t recommend this location anymore.

The drinks were excellent (we tried a watermelon slushy and the tiger milk tea). The food on the other hand was just okay we liked the fried dumplings but both the kagara and garlic noodles left a very oily tasty in mouth that was hard to get rid of.

Tried this place for the 1st time today the food was ok & drinks were good. But the restroom was NASTY it looked like it hadn’t been clean in months the employees weren’t busy so I don’t understand why the ladies restroom was so nasty trash overflowing, sink was so dirty, mirror dirty & the floor looked like someone threw up, it was sticky. Smh I will not be returning.
