We were in the Grapevine area dropping off a customer’s vehicle and decided to stop in at Bartley’s BBQ — and man, are we glad we did! The brisket was tender, smoky, and packed with flavor, and the jalapeño cheddar sausage was out of this world — juicy with just the right amount of heat and cheese.
