I was really excited to go to Chama Guacha, with my wife and friends. I set the reservation time a week in advance and talked up this place from the glowing reviews that I read. Unfortunately, this will not be one of those reviews. We showed up to the restaurant 10 min prior to our reservation time and received one of the pagers from the hostess and sat in the waiting room with other guests waiting on their tables. We found this location by chance shortly after it rebranded and have been going back consistently ever since. The service is unmatched and authentic - everyone is so personable and kind. We’ve never had a less than stellar experience. We’ve celebrated birthdays, Valentine’s Day, brunches, and even just drinks - all exquisite. I’ve been to several Brazilian steakhouses in the DFW area and this place surpasses them all by far. We highly recommend them!
