What a find! We had an hour and a half before our flight in Terminal D at DFW and stopped by Brewed on a whim. The place was bustling (Saturday before Christmas) and now we see why. Jerome was our server and was as good as servers get. Friendly, fast, and knew what was awesome on the menu. Wife had the Chicken and Waffles and it was the best either of us have ever had. Stop here before you fly out, during your layover, whenever you can. Bianca behind the bar is fantastic. Someone give this girl a raise. I fly in to DFW often and would stop here regardless of what terminal I’m flying in or out of.
8 in the morning with Christmas-themed music setting the mood—such a cozy atmosphere while waiting for my flight. The food is excellent, especially the pulled pork. It’s seasoned with real spices, not just the usual sweet and salty sauces. Loved every bite!
