Chicken N Pickle - Grapevine

Have been here a few times. Service and atmosphere always good. Today, I ordered a Skinny Cobb without tomatoes and with citrus vinaigrette on the side. It arrived with tomatoes but totally missing egg, bacon and bleu cheese. Was still tasty with the chicken, avocado and dressing, so I ate it as-is.

Chicken N Pickle in Grapevine is such a fun spot! The food is fresh, flavorful, and comes out fast every time. The chicken is perfectly cooked, and the sides are just as good. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the atmosphere—it’s a mix of great dining, games, and pickleball all in one. The staff is friendly, attentive, and keeps everything running smoothly even when it’s busy. It’s the perfect place to hang out with family, friends, or even coworkers. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

My review is based on our attempt to order food to go after playing pickleball. Lunch service began at 11, so we waited and then went to the counter to place our order. Two servers informed me that they needed my credit card on file to open a tab. Since I was only ordering food to go, I didn’t understand why this was necessary. Because of this policy, we decided to leave without ordering. This was the first time I’ve ever experienced such a requirement. We regularly order takeout from other restaurants and have never been asked to provide a card on file.
