Chicken N Pickle - Grapevine

My family and I recently visited the Grapevine location. Absolutely fantastic experience! Food was DELICIOUS. Pickleball courts were a blast!!! Fun atmosphere, very clean, attentive staff. I 100% recommend!!!

Fun place! But man it takes forever to get food/drink brought to you. Other than that its pretty cool.

It's a nice facility and decent menu, but we encountered a very rude, unethical GM.
The interaction paraphrased as follows:
Server: you have $x left to spend on our event minimum
Us: Ok [orders $x+ of add'l food and drink]
later...
GM: Here's your final ticket. You didn't spend your minimum
Us: That's odd, we thought we did. Can we order some more?
GM: Your server gave you bad info and shouldn't have done that, only I know what the minimum is. You can order more, but I've already closed the ticket in the system, so any further spending will be additional on top of the group minimum.

This shows a lack of ownership and concern for the customer by the GM, a lack of training on the part of the server and weak and misguided culture and operational processes established by senior management. Beware...

It's a very nice idea but I think it was executed poorly.

We had an amazing time we had court 2 and 1, which was perfect. It sat right in front of the playground so the Littles was able to enjoy themselves as well and be in right in front of our face. Our host sucked.

Great food, awesome pickleball. So much fun!!!

We live near C&P and go occasionally even when we don't have time to play. The food and service are always top-notch! We appreciate having this gem in our community.

C&P Grapevine hosted our school, iUniversity Prep, for several events this school year including our first homecoming. Our district also held convocation there for all of the staff to kick off back to school. C&P Grapevine has gone over and above to embrace the community and welcome us into their venue for gathering, food activities, and fun play!

I recently visited Chicken and Pickle in Grapevine, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The facilities are top-notch, with a clean and modern design that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The mix of indoor and outdoor courts adds to the charm, allowing guests to enjoy a vibrant setting while playing games or simply relaxing with friends.

The food and drink options are truly endless, showcasing a variety of quality American fare. From delicious sandwiches to savory wings, everything I tried was well-prepared and flavorful. The drink menu is equally impressive, with plenty of choices that cater to all tastes. It’s hard to leave without trying something new!

I also appreciated the unique layout of the space. The upper bar offers a great vantage point to watch the action on the courts below, creating a fun and lively ambiance. It’s a perfect spot for gatherings, whether you're there to play pickleball or just hang out.

My only real complaint is that I wish the reservation prices were a bit more affordable at times. It can add up quickly, especially for larger groups. Despite that, my experience at Chicken and Pickle was fantastic, and I can’t wait to return to enjoy more of their delicious food and vibrant atmosphere.

I was there last night with a wedding group celebrating their upcoming wedding. I ordered a bloody Mary. The waiter requested my charge card and entered it into his tablet or whatever they use for orders. After waiting about 20 min and no drink, I flagged him down and asked about the drink. He said he'd go get it, which he never did. After another long wait, I flagged him down again and told him to forget it & to delete my card info. He said he'd go get the drink. He never brought me the drink. I waited over an hour. When my table was getting ready to leave, he was standing in a place where we would have to walk past him & my plan was to ask him if he deleted my card info. I didn't get that chance because when he saw we were leaving, he did a disappearing act. It's too bad the workers don't wear name tags because I'd really like to report him by name. I didn't receive my drink, but today there's 2 charges on my card. One for $10.26 & one lesser one which I don't remember, but it was small, so I assume he tipped himself. This is totally unacceptable and once the charges post, will DEFINITELYdefinitely
