Went on a Sunday... wasn't busy, seated immediately. Waited quite a while for our food despite the lack of patrons. Nothing outstanding about food or service, but no complaints either.
We went for a quick bite on July 5th. Daniel was our server and he was absolutely wonderful! He answered our questions before we asked. I got the dragonfruit tea and typically its too sweet. He offered to do half and half to cut the sweetness of it. Normally when I ask for stuff like that, servers dont like it because they feel its extra but Daniel was very accommodating. He even brought a 2nd glass with ice and water so I could offset the sweetness more if I needed.

I enjoy dining at Chilis and have done so at several different locations. However my Girlfriend and I were at the one in the Grapevine Mills Mall. And we had a bad experience. Not only did it take too long to get our order placed, but it was done incorrectly, Yes we did get a discount on our meal price so I appreciated that. But at the same time. They were understaffed so it took way longer than it should have for us to get in and get out. So I don't think we will be dining...
