Its Cici's. They dont have the greatest quality but good enough and its a buffet. I do like that they still do the personal pizzas. I have been to some that they don't do it or want to charge extra.

This Cici's restaurant charges the most of any Cici's I've been to. It is also the oldest and dirtiest one I've EVER been to. It looked so bad with its boarded up windows we almost didn't stop, but we did and were sadly disappointed. Most pizza looked like it had been out a while, although the salad bar did look fresh. Time to do a restaurant refresh!

This Cicis pizza is not the best but not the worst. The food was fresh but it was a slow afternoon so there was not a huge variety.
Decent food. Building is in disrepair. Ceiling tiles need replacing. Arcade is something out of the 80s or earlier. Not very crowded at all for weekday dinner.

If you're looking at the reviews and they're stating it's not up to part then believe it. I guess they're under staffed. The pizza wasn't bad, but the priority of cleaning and picking up pizza from tables is on last of the list. They just leave it sitting. When I search for the table most of the seats were full of crumbs. The one in Carrollton is nicer!

I've been to a few Cicis. This is by far the worst. From poor customer service to quality. The sauce is watered down and the pizza did not taste right. From the moment we walked in we did not get one smile, we asked to order a pizza they said no. Other employees were there just watching and did absolutely nothing. The lettuce looked like it was sitting out for a while, I decided to try it. Worse mistake. Came home sick. Don't go here. This is by far the worst Cicis I've been to. They should receive an inspection. This place needs new management because they are not doing things correctly.
