They can’t understand even the most basic of requests. If you can’t punch it into the iPad out front, you’re met with complaints about drinking too much. I hadn’t even had a drink. They’re insulting morons.

On our first visit to Greatwolf Lodge, just based on various reviews we had wanted to check this spot out so for lunch we did and they did not disappoint. The fruit salad is served ice cold so it’s perfectly refreshing and includes this unique cup of the yummiest yogurt on the side that hit the spot. I also love veggies so I had the roasted corn cobs and it’s served how I like it mexican-street style minus the mayo (available upon request) so that was hands down my favorite and they are now my new favorite spot ever?Okay last dish we ordered was brisket nachos which are suppose to come loaded but I made mistake and took everything off like pico, sour cream, guacamole and as a result they were super dry but again the brisket itself delish I just shouldn’t have “unloaded” an order of “loaded nachos” so just don’t make same mistake and they’ll be super tasty. This place has super friendly and helpful customer service and everyone was adhering to all the safety p&p in Place to help stop the spread of Covid. It’s evident that is a priority for everyone here and being able to celebrate our sons birthday here was priceless so we truly thank and appreciate everyone!

It was raining out side so they did not open it. This does not make,sense because it's inside... and was open Friday when we arrived and it was raining then too

My wife bought a $10 strawberry daiquiri that was 90% crushed ice. It had a small amount of alcohol and enough flavor to give it a red color. Basically, an expensive cup of red water.

The food here is a definately better than the food inside the water park however, it is pretty pricy. We didn't think the quality of the food represented such a high price. For us it was worth more to either bring our own dinner options or go out to eat outside the hotel for much less. We found the nearby Red Robin and Meat U Anywhere as great options.
