I thought the two gentleman with glasses standing up front were very helpful. I see them in there all the time when I walk by but never got the chance to try this location. They were very helpful with the menu knowledge and were egar to help out. Will be returning because I love the customer service that I give to people at my job to be given to me! Thanks Jimmy John's for a quick and easy experience that was so tasty!
I had a wonderful experience at this location. Naomi was welcoming and very friendly. Her joy was contagious and she seemed happy to have me as a customer. I came away thinking that I haven’t seen someone in the service industry as happy as her in a very long time. Bravo Naomi!!! Thank you for the wonderful sandwiches and for making my day better.
Food is ready super quick, which is a plus. Beyond that, though, with so many different sandwich shops in the area, this one comes up short, by comparison. The cost here, is among the highest and exceeds the product by a good margin. To make matters worse, the rewards program is probably one of the worst I've seen.
