Lots of choices, has a microwave, Starbucks inside with fairly quick service. Quick grab and go. No seating inside the market but there are plenty of tables around to sit at if you want that option.
We ate breakfast at the Marketplace every morning during our 4-night stay at the Gaylord Texan. It has a nice selection of freshly ready-made sandwiches, salads, and other food and beverage items to purchase to go. It also has a section to order Starbucks coffee and food items. The seating area has beautiful views of the scenic atrium’s geyser and stream and plants below. However, it needs improvement in several areas.
