Lovely staff!!
It's a bit disappointing because I had such high hopes. I hope they figure out how to meet customers expectations because so far so bad.

The Cocoa Bean Express offers delightful coffee and friendly service, as noted by customers enjoying well-made drinks like cappuccinos and lattes. The clean, cozy atmosphere is praised, and while the menu may have some limitations due to its size, the staff's kindness compensates. Customers have positive experiences and plan to return, even comparing it favorably to larger chains.
