If you want to grab and drink and be insulted by the bartender then this is the place for you. Hopefully, management see this. Three customers came and all left angry.

The tall white bearded guy behind the counter was rude. Treated not only myself but all other patrons walking in as if they were bothering him. The service was terrible. When I let him know I was done with my food before I was able to ask where to dump it. He with a smart mouth said “sure I’d be glad to throw away your trash that’s what I live for” FIRE THIS GUY

The service at the pizza counter was fantastic. The gentleman bartender was absolutely disrespectful to My Wife when asked for some ice. All he did was sit and watch TV behind the bar.

I get it. Working with public must be hard. But the service at this place was next level rude. Beyond unprofessional. Terrible.

Pizza Hot is a great option to have lunch at the DFW airport. One-sized pepperoni pizza is around $12 and Beers are at the same price (that’s the average price for a beer at the airport). Service was super fast and kind. I recommended!

The Pizza Was Amazing Didn't Regret Buying It
It's an airport.
Challenging to find forks/utensils in the tiny spots.
We had the BBQ chicken pizza, and it was absolutely fantastic!
Very rude and unprofesional service! George who called himself a manager refused to sell me a cup of ice after i bought my pizza. I asked for a cup of ice, he Stated his company has a very strick policy and does give out ice. I then Offered to pay and still wouldnt help me out.

DFW is the worst. Crappy service, ignored consistently and they were not busy. Pass his place bye and find somewhere else
Very good service and good food
We had enjoyed good casual dining at California Pizza Kitchens in Hawaii and California several years ago, so while transiting through DFW we thought we would try a meal here. Very expensive food, poor quality. The Caesar salad was pathetic - a plate of disappointment, the soup was tiny (but at a price deserving a normal serve), and the pizza was small and nothing special. We were initially directed to order using a QR code on the table, but our table was missing the code, so a waiter brought us some menus. The kids had a soft drink each but my wife and I only had water. $80 incl tip brought us a very disappointing meal- would actively avoid this location and find a different restaurant to dine at.
Big bartender full attitude really doesn't like his job!!!
