It had been over 20 years since my last visit to Rainforest Cafe as a kid, so I was really excited to go back—this time with my own little one. My 2-year-old was a bit scared of the thunderstorm sounds and animatronics at first, but she quickly warmed up and ended up loving it. The experience was such a fun sensory adventure for her! The food is a bit pricey for what you get, but it was decent overall. We did end up buying the photos the staff took of us—definitely a splurge,...

The food took 50 minutes from ordering to arrival. Not a good idea when you are a restaurant that caters to families with small children. However, our waitress - Lindsay- was fantastic. She even tracked us down after we left behind the all important “blankie” before my granddaughter even realized it was missing.

Overall good experience. The kids - 10 and 15 years old - enjoyed it, specially the younger one. Food was good (not great), the service was good as well, and the ambiance was - well you are in the rainforest! Expect 2-3 upsells during the visit (a family picture, a rewards program and someone making animal balloons). Would we do it again? Meh, maybe! It was a great as a one time experience.
