Unfortunately, we have been having the same concerns every time we visit our neighborhood Sams in Grapevine. I know it may not seem like a big deal but we have small kids and they always want to visit the cafe for cheese pizza, Icee’s and churro’s but as usual they don’t have any. Unbelievable staff!
Especially the tire & battery department. The whole department is helpful, courteous and friendly.
I have to say one employee, Donavon went out of his way today making sure we knew how customers are supposed to be treated and we are not just a number but are human beings.
We came last night for a battery and liked them all so much we canceled appointment with another tire shop.
