Worst experience I’ve ever had. Katelyn is an incompetent and extremely rude young lady. I ordered a Brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso without ice, extra shot of espresso & top the cup with oat milk. Before I could finish telling her my order she rudely interrupted me at “without ice” and said “we can’t do that”. I came to shop after a long flight back into town, and the baristas here were so amazing! I got my drink as I left the payment terminal and the girls were so sweet and friendly! I will be stopping by more often

The employees are always so kind to me when I order! I’ve had no issues and my drinks always come out perfectly- sometimes they will even recommend items for me to try that have failed to disappoint. Even on busier days, I appreciate how hard they work to get orders out as quickly as possible, yet still making them perfectly! Great job to all those who work there
