FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON CARD
Have lived in grapevine all my life went to this restaurant when it was chicken express back in the day, as soon as this place opened we have come SO MANY TIMES with no problem we've until now..... we went last night for an early dinner not too many people in store. We ate our food and as usual FANTASTIC. But.... this time... the lady who helped us brought us the receipt and said she'd take the card and pay us out. This place has really horrible customer service. Today in the drive-thru told me to move out the drive-thru because I was checking my order that was missing a couple of items. She was rude.
The food is okay however they never give you the correct change back when you pay in cash. Each time I have visited this place weather it's going through the drive through or go inside they have Always shorted me on the cash I was supposed to receive back. I don't mind tipping however let me decide how much I want to give. If my order comes to $8.50 and I give them $10.00 they will only give me back .50 cents. This place will rip you off if you don't watch what's going on.
