I was watched and followed by a woman pretending like she had as fixing things next to me, no matter where I was. Then she and a guy whispered about me, and they weren't discreet at all. I wish people would have sense enought to know when ppl aren't stealing. This is an airport store...do people steal at the airport?

12/Apr/2024 I used it, and when I paid, I told them that I wanted to pay with Contactless on my smartphone, and after operating the cash register, I started doing other things, but the payment amount was displayed on the terminal, so I touched it and the payment was completed. A message appears, but no receipt is issued.The clerk came back and told me that the payment had not been completed, so I touched the button again, feeling suspicious, and this time a receipt was issued.When I checked the payment later, I realized that I had already paid twice, so I showed them the screen and complained, and they obediently refunded my money.When paying with Contactless, I regret not paying in front of the clerk.

Can’t believe how bad the customer service is at Univision in Terminal C at 4pm. You have two people standing at the cash registers doing nothing, but tell me to go stand in line to use the self service terminal because I’m using a card. Sorry that’s no bad customer service that’s NO customer service.

My wife wanted a plastic cup from the coffee shop, and she informed me that Mohamed was incredibly rude, and raised his voice at her and said the place was closed and she had to pay a dollar to have a plastic cup. And also, she bought from the store, so I don’t see what the problem was. When I brought it up to him, he started raising his voice at me, and I had to tell him to lower his voice and watch how he spoke to people. Not to mention his hand was in my face and I had to tell him to back off too. Absolutely disrespectful. How come Auntie Annie’s next door easily gave a cup to her with no trouble? This should be addressed.

Located in the D terminal of DFW airport. This is a nice newer clean terminal. This Univision store is like a 7-11 convenience store. Has snacks, Tshirts and sweat shirts, candy, drinks and a a few electronic items. It also has a coffee bar with a selection of pastries that looked pretty good.

The Lavazza coffee counter here is too slow. The coffee is served too hot and has either been burnt or is just plain not good.
