I came into Velvet Taco in Dallas just trying to grab a quick bite and ended up getting the best customer service I’ve had in a long time thanks to Salem.

I was standing there overwhelmed by the menu and she immediately stepped in, asked what I usually like, and built my whole order for me. She wasn’t rushing, wasn’t fake-nice, just genuinely kind and helpful. You can tell she actually cares about people having a good experience, not just taking orders.

2/11/2026 Today was a beautiful day in Grapevine Texas to eat delicious tacos on the outdoor patio. I love the Fish n Chips Taco. Such a generous portion of fish, fried with lots of mustard. I love the brisket nachos. Tristan anticipated our every need. Thank you.
