The food tasted fine. The customer service was not the best but even that was okay. The time was ridiculous. It took 45min to 1hr to make 12 wings. Unless they grew the chicken, slaughtered the chicken, and cooked it up, there is no way it should’ve taken that long. Very disappointed!!!

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying some wings from Wingstop, and I was thoroughly impressed! The variety of flavors available from classic Buffalo to tangy BBQ ensured there was something for everyone. Each wing was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and tender inside.
Had delivery from 2150 northwest hgwy #101 grapevine TX and service was terrible!!! Had the wrong order to begin with then no fries and wrong drinks then we called to let them know thinking they would do the right thing and make it right but the guy that answered was no help then he wanted to argue that what we ordered was correct and we were over charged. Was very disappointed in the food and service as we had eaten there before but won't return unless I hear from someone with an apology for their behavior and quality of food. Till then I'll be eating wings from Buffalo wildwings. DO BETTER WINGSTOP!!!

This may be the worst location ever. They are so slow. Took 50 minutes to get carryout and I ordered on the app. The people inside have no personality. They missed adding the ranch so had to drive back to get it.

Make dashers fill drinks up. That's the issue. Not too lazy to do it, but it's a bad healthcode violation. I keep my hands cleanish but I'm working outside touching my phone and keys and car that are probably covered in bacteria and then yall make me fill customers drinks up to deliver them. Pretty stinkin gross. Don't eat here.
So this is my first time having a bad experience with an online order. The boneless wings were dry and tiny. My lemon pepper count was off also. I really don't appreciate that I got tiny boneless bites and not boneless chicken wings. Today's order was mediocre.

Best Wingstop in grapevine. Been coming here for a while now and I have had no issues the staff is nice and the food is good quality.
Parking: There’s about 20 ish parking spaces which is plenty of room even when there’s a lot of people eating inside.
Kid-friendliness: There’s kid friendly music and there’s no loud tv’s or anything like that. Simple and nice they also have high chairs for babies.
