At late night and after a long shift my husband and I went went for wings, we both Chefs, definitely one of the best places to stop for wings, modern, open kitchen, super clean, friendly and addictive's wings (parmesan the best)..!! Thank you Dhameer, Julio, are Beatriz you are the best..!!!

Very lazy people at the store. I ordered a 20 piece and got baby nuggets on top of getting 3 burnt to a crisp baby nuggets. Someone needs to fire and rehire everyone at the store. Can someone call corporate and fix this problem. I'm not the only one having these issues. If you don't like your job find another job don't let a place where people enjoy the food be a place you regret ever going to. Help me out people let's get this place up and going the way it is supposed to be running.

Had an incorrect order through uber eats. Was patient and drove up to the store to return the incorrect order. Was told they’d make it right. Had proof of receipt. After waiting 30 min at the Grapevine location they twiddled their thumbs trying to figure out how to tell me I was the one that made a mistake. They chose not to make it right didn’t give me the right order. Just walked out left it as is. Still Have proof of receipt from that store if anyone wants to dispute this. $26 bucks is more important than service it appears. Unfortunate.

The absolute worst lunch stop I have ever done. I came in cause I ordered online and the cook put so much seasoning and oil on my wings that everything had wasted out of the bag. He was very careless, putting the order together and shouldn’t have been in a rush. This was the absolute worst Wingstop purchase that I have made. Wingstop is already pricey enough and when I came back in, she expected me to ask for a new order because I don’t know what it is with black women or just Black people overall coming back in if it’s a problem, she automatically assumed that I was going to complain
