Supposed to be open until 7 but when I went in at 5:30 everything had been cleaned up and put away. There was some boxes of chicken bites next to the roller grille and they're the hardest, dryest chicken I've ever had. I will never eat at Champs again.

Worse order ever! Submitted deliver order from Champs Chicken and they REMOVED an item I ordered (thankfully I took screen shot showing what I ordered and price, see pic). Received additional email saying order adjusted because item removed (see pic). WHICH I DID NOT DO!! I just called customer service and after explaining problem they just hung up on me. Called Greenville location, both woman answering and manager (Oswald) said they didn't know why item was removed! Not helpful and didn't care.
I will never do business at this restaurant again, they aren’t even in the same league as Chicken Express. I will stay with them.
