Every time I’m back in Greenville, my first stop is always Terry’s Place. Visiting has been a personal tradition of mine for ten years. It’s the kind of spot you go to not just to fill your stomach, but to genuinely feel good.
My go-to order is always the same: a medium burger with fries and water. It hits the spot every single time. The food is fantastic, and the staff is always so warm and friendly. Terry’s feels like home, and no trip here is...read full review

Burgers weren't super hot this time and they wanted to charge me $1 to swap fries for tots and it was their mistake. Been coming here 20 years and will come back

Terry's Place is a small-town, all-American diner serving excellent food, including tasty burgers like the bubba burger and a great Philly cheesesteak. Customers praise the family-run spot for fresh burgers and hand-cut fries, with prices that are better than most competitors. The service is friendly, responsive, and old-school, creating a cozy atmosphere. Though the outside may look run-down and uninviting, the inside is clean and welcoming. The diner offers a variety of delicious meals such as the steak finger basket, onion rings, and tator tots. Many say the burgers are the best, often with bacon, cheese, or jalapeños, and the fries are highly enjoyed. Some customers suggest that the place could benefit from expansion or renovation, but overall, it remains a good, solid choice. Parking can be tricky when busy, but the restaurant's quality and friendly staff make it worth a visit.
