I had an amazing experience at Dairy Queen! A special shoutout to one of the employees, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and provided top-notch customer service. Their positive attitude and energy made my visit even better. The food was fresh, the Blizzard was perfectly mixed, and the atmosphere was great. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this location!

We usually eat at the DQ because of the food. But the customer courtesy is less than pleasant. We paid for food at the service window, and it was total and handed the food out the window. No thank you, or come back, or anything else? I don't think she even made eye contact. This didn't happen just once. It's happen on several occasions.

I did not have an access code to take survey but that was not going to stop me from finding a way to brag. The staff here are so welcoming. From greeting to ordering to bring food to table _assuring if I needed condiments. Renee came by to see if my food was OK as she passed by to hand another customer their order. Though this is not a waitress job... I understand that but the friendly atmosphere she set in this building is so refreshing and I want management to know she is...
