Small place that stays busy. My first time here and def will not be my last. I ordered a lot since it was my first time as I like to get an overview of the restaurant in general so here how it went sown. Ordered: jalapeno,cheese sausage, rib basket, brisket, a stuffed bacon cream cheese pepper, some ham, turkey, and a riblet basket. This is one of the best kept secrets in Texas for amazing BBQ. They make their own special recipe sauce, and it is my favorite BBQ sauce of anywhere. The Ernies' basket (chopped brisket sandwich and fries) is my go to dish. I have had many loaded baked potatoes from Ernies, and you will be overjoyed by the serving size.

This is probably the best BBQ I have ever had. Everything I had here was delicious and even their smallest portions are very generous. If you are in Dallas it is worth going out of your way to eat here.
