Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

My 1st experience here wasnt too great, I got a spicy chicken sandwich which was good and I asked for a side of tots. However I got maybe 7 tater tots. Thats NOT a side. So my fiance got me fries instead, but I dont consider these fries. These are literally potato sticks.

Aidan was the kind gentleman running the register today when I took my youngest daughter to eat there. Earlier today my 21 year old daughter took my credit card out of my wallet and left me stranded at the register without enough funds. Aidan insisted I order and he would take care of it for me. This man also told me a story about how he was stranded once like this before. He told me the story to try to take the embarrassment away. Aidan is a spectacular human being and I want to leave this review with a giant thank you to Aidan and management for having the smarts to hire him! Food is fantastic always as well.

Charles is the real deal a great owner and manager.
He sets the tone for the culture there and it really shows. I love eating here and will continue to visit when I’m in Greenville, Texas.

Good Food and Service. Try Cheese Curds. It sounds Gross but they were really delicious.

First time coming to Freddy’s and the service was great! I ordered the double burger with no bun, no cheese , add lettuce and it was good! Shocked at how thin the burger meat was, which turned out to be pretty good. Overall great experience and will re-visit to try out their other menu items

The Prime Rib burger is excellent!

So I’m dripping wet with sweat because I own a construction company and we are working down the street from this location. A Freddy’s employee tried to cut me in line as I was waiting behind two other customers and the manager stopped him and told the other cashier not to take his order but to take the next customers order. I thought, oh how nice of them to take care of customers before their own employees but no… they took care of both of the White customers that were in front of me and then called the white Freddy’s employee around me to get his order taken care of before they took my order. I am not sure if it’s because I am Hispanic covered in sweat or that I look like a regular construction worker, but it shouldn’t matter. That was prejudice at its finest.
Jean was the manager that called him up in front of me and when I confronted her about it, she laughed.
Happy to speak to corporate about this. It’s all on security camera at the register. Might pursue legal action.

With this being my first experience at a Freddy's, it was definitely unique. Sean, who took my order, was friendly.

The burger was delicious.

The part that hurts this review is that I ordered onion rings. I ordered to sit down and eat, and there were plenty of pictures and history that was quite fun to read.

The onion rings were either burned or undercooked. The only thing that is irritating is that someone had to cook then, place them on the basket, and someone else served it. It is irritating that for someone, it was a quality product that was approved to be served to a customer. I was going to order some custard to give it a try but I ended up just going home.

Do better.

Might have been a good burger, but I couldn't taste it. Over seasoned as were the fries as a matter of fact. If I was not in such a hurry, I would have sent it back.
