First off, when I walked in, I was greeted right away. I did a take away order. The nice lady helped me out and took care of my order. About 10 minutes later I received my food and I left and headed to my truck. Appetizer sampler over cooked. Chicken tender was fried beyond crisp. And so was the onion rings. My chicken fired steak had no gravy. I requested 3 strawberry banana pancakes. Only received 2.

I absolutely love this ihop, by far the best one ive experienced. Food is made to perfection, Cheyenne & Rebekah make the entire experience wonderful and always ensure my food is correct and made the way i like it. 10/10 would recommend and will continue coming back!

I eat there multiple times a week and Cheyenne, and Jennifer are wonderful servers. Rebekah and Megan are great managers. Everyone is respectful. The store is so much cleaner then the IHOP on Wesley street. I will continue to come back. The food is always fresh and good as well.

The Lake Worth IHop is top notch. Courtney and her team are spot on!!! The atmosphere is is calm and relaxing. Her team is attentive and pleasant. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean. This location is by far my favorite place to go and I will DEFINITELY be back to see Courtney and her team.

Told 15 minutes after half hour we left. There over 12 table empty in entire restaurant.
Not enough servers and they don’t care!
We had to ask if there was a hostess to even put name on list. No one will acknowledged your presence even when standing at the front ringing in orders to get receipts.
This was the second time happened to us was 2 months since last time we had to walk out.
This was on a Sunday arrived at 11:15am!
This place is very clean with staff that check on you frequently. Much better than the other location in town. The only downside is that there arent enough soft surfaces to absorb sound so if a table across the room is loud, it echoes. Went there on a saturday night and a group was cutting up pretty loud so it was a little tricky to have a conversation. But if echoes arent an issue, highly recommend. Wasnt the fault of the restaurant per se. Hope they hang some soft materials to help with the noise. The floors are tile, so more allergen friendly. Seems mobility device accessible but i wasnt in one that day, so cant confirm. The design is a straight shot into the dining area but the restrooms are on the other side of a glass door without an assist button. They accommodated for my allergies and left satisfied with the food
Dietary restrictions: The waitress was very careful and willing to walk through the ingredients of the dishes they had and answer my questions. My meal came back correct.
Wheelchair accessibility: The floor design is very straight forward but the restroom is in the truck stop behind a glass door without an assist button. Easier to navigate than a typical ihop but i wasnt using a wheelchair or walker that day. The floor is tile.

Utter trash. I asked for a discount and the foolish animal of a server asked me for my last four. I asked the manager and asked why, and she said it was "Policy." When i left i called the other IHOP at Temple and they dont do stuff like that. Stay away from this IHOP if you're a veteran. Im flagging everything in this place. And if they change something on my VA im getting the Law involved.
