Hello last night around 9:00 pm I bought three combos a number 7'8'9 when I got home to enjoy my food I realized that it's not right the chicken was full of fat more than usual and the potatoes also apart from that had a bad taste they were bitter that that means that the oil from the fryer was burned they haven't changed the oil I work in the kitchen and the taste of the potatoes change when the oil no longer works I'm sick since last night with stomach pain because of this
We just had lunch at KFC in Greenville today for lunch. The bucket of chicken was the BEST that we have ever eaten! The pieces were LARGE and cooked PERFECTLY! Fresh, hot, and fast! Great job Jamie Tedford and staff!😃
To the owners of KFC franchise:
I know it’s fast food, but there is minimum standard that you guys must follow and I normally don’t enjoy giving negative reviews as I know the food service can be brutal, but this place needs to be shut down, cleaned with wire brushes, a LOT of soap, bleach and degreaser, and re-opened.

KFC is a busy restaurant with a spotless dining area and restrooms. Despite the wait, the staff ensures excellent customer service, with employees like Sean being extremely polite and apologetic. The drive-thru staff are also friendly, although the chicken can be greasy and fatty at times. However, the bucket of chicken is often praised for being large, perfectly cooked, fresh, hot, and fast. The biscuits are also a highlight. Some staff members may lack personality, but the restaurant strives to provide great food and service.
