Arrived at 9:08 and was immediately greeted by an angsty teenager that could not be bothered but to stare us down and not return any thank you’s. Waitress visited our table twice. Going back to the hostess, as someone who worked in the restaurant industry for years as a host, server, etc. You get to leave first, you have no side work but to wipe things down and aren’t even dressed appropriately! I know small town restaurants that hold their hosts to higher standards. Food was quick and excellent. Left the restaurant with 30 minutes before closing. Do better.

we went to Shoguns today August 22 at 12:30 with a big group of 12. I also ordered the New York strip veggies and rice DINNER PORTION. I PAID $35 FOR THE TO GO ORDER. When I opened the box to check it because someone else ordered chicken to go. Anyways when I opened my order it was missing the salad and when I looked at the vegetable there was only ABOUT 1/4 CUP OF ONIONS AND SCRAP VEGGIES MIXED. I TOLD the 2 Ladies working there and they said they Couldn't do anything about it because they were fixing to close. we were still there so I feel like they should have taken care of their loyal customers instead of focusing on leaving.I need a manager to reply to this message and I will be calling another Manager at 4:30 when they reopen I'm a very Dissatisfied customer especially after spending over $200 for 4 people.
Been here multiple times, very good choices of meat and great service !

While the food was delicious and loved by my family, our experience was marred by subpar service.
We encountered issues with wrong orders, missing food, and waiting times, even when the restaurant was relatively empty. The wait before being seated was also quite long. Hopefully, they can work on improving their service to match the quality of their food.

Best food in hunt county but the absolute worst attitude. Doesn’t matter when you go. Been this way for years. It’s not the hibachi side. It mostly the left side. Needs a real manager. Here’s a tip. Your host should be the friendliest person. I always feel like I ruined their day being there. And the waitress bar area on the left is never friendly. Hibachi side is perfect tho. Wish you took reservations even if it required a non refundable deposit or something. Either way I will still go. But you guys really know how to kill a vibe
I love the food at this place and have been getting it for years, but without a doubt they forget wasabi and ginger on my takeout orders EVERY time!

The guy who seats you and waits on you at front needs to have his hair out of his face and be a little more friendly. Just rude that you can't see him. Get his hair out of his face!!!!

Dropped my kids off at camp and took my wife out for the worst experience ever! The bartender was ready to go home at 8pm and they close at 9! She caused a huge scene in the dining room! Our waitress addressed her about the situation and they openly argued! I'll NEVER go back if the bartender is employed there!
Its really nice food 🍱
We were seated right away, and our waitress took our drink and appetizer orders. However, she never returned to check on us. We had to ask another waitress, who was serving the table next to us, to place our entree order and refill our drinks. We ordered the steak combination and specifically requested the steak to be cooked medium rare. Unfortunately, it came out more on the rare side. The steak was overly salty and consisted mostly of fatty pieces. We were told it was a filet, but it certainly did not resemble one. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience. I used to really enjoy dining at Shogun, but after today, I’m not sure I feel the same.
