This location is very very good. Food is made fresh, packed for take out so it stays hot. Location is now our favorite, burgers are fantastic, can say when get item here actually matches commercials on size. Have never gotten old cold item on order. workers are very courteous, makes us feel like appreciated. Will recommend to everyone must try I-30 Lamar exit Location it's above 5 stars.

I have stopped here numerous times for food I definitely prefer this sonic over the sonic in Greenville, the staff always seems to be kind and nice and I love that the GM actually helps out her crew vs just sitting around and letting everyone struggle

VERY rude. Not sure if lady was the manager or not but she was very rude. Was not even trying to argue with anyone just wanted some more ranch and ketchup and she was rude and snappy from the start.

Decided to try this sonic out and was super excited but once we paid the manager $40 and are meal was $28 we only received $1 and some change back guess they can tip there own self now was very disappointed for this.

The general manager is so rude! Her attitude is absolutely disgusting!!! The way she talks to customers is unbelievable. I don't know how she is a general manager!!! She knows nothing about customer service. Avoid this place at all costs!!

I've been to this sonic several times and the food seems fine, but they need to update their hours and location on the app. The app shows that they are open at 7am and shows the stores location to be in Greenville closer to Walmart. Both of these things are apparently not true I was rudely told that I would have to wait a hour to receive my food and that I would have to get a refund from a customer service number. I would steer away from this sonic and go to the one in Greenville that shows correct location and open and close times.

NEW LOCATION.. Don’t use the app. the directions take you over by the QT, not even close. Nobody answers the phone to assist with problem . . If you need to get out of the drive through lane .. you can’t because of the curb. . Jennifer works the drive thru and she is fabulous… needs a major bonus from the customer complaint management team. She is underpaid!

This was a great place. I stopped here every time I’m in town I don’t have to question if my food is made fresh or not. Yes there’s a little bit of a wait time but it is because they are cooking everything fresh. I get the crispy chicken sandwich and I know for a fact it takes seven minutes plus For the chicken to cook thank you sonic team for what you do I am very grateful to have fresh and hot food when I stop a great job
