I want to buy drinks on a hot day. No matter what I tried my online order would not go through. I showed the staff that I have a digital order that would not go through, I tried it through the app. I tried it through the website. I re-downloaded the app. I restarted my phone, but because I couldn’t order it online, I couldn’t get my discount so I ended up paying almost $20 for nine dollars worth of drinks. When I brought this up to several employees, they said that they couldn’t change it. I asked to speak to a manager, and the girl said “we are all managers“ clearly I wanted to speak to somebody higher up who could do something about it. Nothing happened. I paid $20 for my drinks and complained to sonic where they thought giving me a two dollar coupon towards future purchases would suffice, which is insane and then I never heard back after I was assured that somebody would reach back out to me. I looked at the reviews of the store afterwards and now I understand why they don’t expect the store to do excellent customer service. It just fulfills the minimum requirement of a gas station Sonic.

This was my second time ordering from them and both times sucked. Last time it took them almost 15 min just to make a chicken wrap. My last time I ordered a route 44 bad it over flowed and they give it to me without even whipping it off. So I do it myself and I hear and see them laughing for whatever reason. Those 2 girls have terrible customer service. Won’t be going back to that location

Open until 9:30pm, if you go at 9:10pm they’ll refuse you service. Don’t go within 30 minutes of closing or you’re just wasting your own gas and time

I go to this store often, none of them are nice, other than the young boy who hasn't been there long. The one girl that's always there is rude & 1/2 way does everything. I always order on the application and order extra ice in my tea because it's hot and it melts. I never get it. So I went inside to pick up my order today and asked for extra ice she added less than a half a scoop to the half scoop she started with. So of course my tea melted the ice and I have no ice now. I order a blast and it's not even full and doesn't look like she even finished it. Everything is in the bottom of the cup and had no topping on it. I'll add a picture it is goy a whole in the center all the way down the center of the ice cream. She is flat rude.

Not only do they not take cash they do not have a chip reader nor have wireless tap. And they don’t speak English there I can’t wait for this Sorry excuse of a sonic to close so a real restaurant can come in its place.

Wheelchair accessibility: Nice set of handicap accessible parking in the front. Storefront has automatic doors.
This location is very very good. Food is made fresh, packed for take out so it stays hot. Location is now our favorite, burgers are fantastic, can say when get item here actually matches commercials on size. Have never gotten old cold item on order. workers are very courteous, makes us feel like appreciated. Will recommend to everyone must try I-30 Lamar exit Location it's above 5 stars.

I have stopped here numerous times for food I definitely prefer this sonic over the sonic in Greenville, the staff always seems to be kind and nice and I love that the GM actually helps out her crew vs just sitting around and letting everyone struggle

VERY rude. Not sure if lady was the manager or not but she was very rude. Was not even trying to argue with anyone just wanted some more ranch and ketchup and she was rude and snappy from the start.
