Slow service. 6 people in line. One person making sandwiches slow. Another associate filling dink lids. Call in orders lining up. Another kid looked liked he just finished break. Food: needed to lean over to see meat side but only saw the assembly. They did not clean the surface area to prepare my food so reaments of previous food prepared on my sandwich. Avoid this location.

I would give no stars but unfortunately that's not an option. I Ordered from the app, said it would be ready at 12:35. I arrived a little early told the girl at the register I was there for a pick up, they were busy and I get that but she tells me they are working on it and clearly they weren't. They didn't even start making them until the girl at the register asked what my name was on the ORDER. I have worked fast food and I get it but you should incorporate the online orders into the orders for in the store. I order online because I am on my lunch break and its supposed to be faster... To order online and then have to wait an additional almost 20 min after it said my order would be ready is very frustrating. If you are unable to fill the online orders as well as the orders you have in store maybe you shouldn't offer online ordering, in just saying.

Ok I know my expectations should always be low for fast food places...but not this LOW! Walked in to place a to go order, waited almost 5 minutes in an empty restaurant for the only person in the store to come out front! Then she preceded to tell me that anything & everything we wanted wasn't available from dressings to a salad! She had no idea salads were even a thing at subway! Let's just say if we could give them no stars we would!!! RIDICULOUS

I have no idea what happened to this place. I know businesses are in need of new hires, but hiring people takes time and not just hiring anyone. The people who work here now are VERY RUDE AND HAVE NO MANNERS WHAT SO EVER. I have worked in a sub shop and know it gets frustrating but when nice customers come in that doesn't mean BE DISRESPECTFUL. If I could give 0 stars I would. Also these people are not being sanitary. We did get ahold of the manager and she said she will deal with the issue.

Its 7:30 the store closes at 9. Whoever was working already had all veggies pulled and saw us walk in. They didnt come out just continued to wash dishes. We ended up going to other location in town.
Came to the store 30 minutes before closing. Everything was put up and they just stared at me. No sandwich.

This Subway was filthy dirty. The glass on food cases were gross. Thr drink area was dirty, the tables needed washed, and the bathroom was filthy with no towels. Never be back!!!
