Slow service. 6 people in line. One person making sandwiches slow. Another associate filling dink lids. Call in orders lining up. Another kid looked liked he just finished break. Food: needed to lean over to see meat side but only saw the assembly. They did not clean the surface area to prepare my food so reaments of previous food prepared on my sandwich. Avoid this location.

I would give no stars but unfortunately that's not an option. I Ordered from the app, said it would be ready at 12:35. I arrived a little early told the girl at the register I was there for a pick up, they were busy and I get that but she tells me they are working on it and clearly they weren't. They didn't even start making them until the girl at the register asked what my name was on the ORDER. I have worked fast food and I get it but you should incorporate the online orders...read full review

Ok I know my expectations should always be low for fast food places...but not this LOW! Walked in to place a to go order, waited almost 5 minutes in an empty restaurant for the only person in the store to come out front! Then she preceded to tell me that anything & everything we wanted wasn't available from dressings to a salad! She had no idea salads were even a thing at subway! Let's just say if we could give them no stars we would!!! RIDICULOUS
