Schlotzsky's Reviews
Two adults, ordered a bbq pizza & cheesy roast beef, medium drink each, no chips, no extras. $30. The pizza was good but they were EXTREMELY sparing with the sandwich toppings. For that price I would expect at least 2 pieces of meat on such a large bun. I remember when these sandwiches were the biggest, best ones around. Now there's only sourdough, no rye, no options.
Great food and service.
Place visibly dirty came into lobby almost all tables dirty
Strange hours; lobby 10a-3p but they locked doors at 2:30p watched multiple customers try to come in looking at time on phone and watch. Drive thru 10a-4p.
Schlotzsky's offers delicious sandwiches, but some customers feel the taste isn't as fresh as before. While the service is fast and friendly, the prices seem a bit high for the quality. The pandemic has caused early closures, disappointing customers who miss the original hours. The lobby hours are now limited to 10 AM to 3 PM, and the drive-thru operates from 10 AM to 4 PM, but there have been issues with the doors being locked before closing time, leaving some customers frustrated. The atmosphere is generally relaxed, but some have noted that the place could be cleaner, with dirty tables in the lobby. Despite these concerns, the tasty sandwiches, including the popular turkey bacon club on sourdough, make Schlotzsky's a favorite spot, though some long for the days when the sandwiches were bigger and offered more variety beyond just sourdough.
