I went thru the drive thru so I'm not sure about dining in, but I have to admit their sandwiches taste way better than some other locations, my only complaint is that they close too early.
It's a far, far cry from the Schlotzskys of a few years ago. No large sandwiches any more, barely any olive mix on the bottom of our Turkey Originals, and the flavor of the meat and the bread just don't taste as fresh as they used to. Super helpful window lady, and food was prepared very fast. But we paid $30+ for 3 medium sandwiches that were just very "meh". Sad to say, but that was probably my last visit to Schlotzskys, it was not worth the money and not anywhere near as tasty...read full review

My family and I went in around 2:50-3:00 and I understand they close at 4:00 but as soon as we walked in and started to order a lady came to the front and turned the lights off in the front and locked the door. The lady taking our order asked if we wanted to eat inside but how would we eat in the dark?? Then we got our food to go and they didn’t give us our chips.
