Had a little mix-up with my drive-thru order, but the Paris team handled it amazingly! They were super apologetic, quickly remade the food, and even gave me a voucher without me asking. Everyone makes mistakes, what really matters is how you handle them, and this team handled it with professionalism and kindness. You can tell there’s strong leadership behind the scenes. My daughter and Iove pho. We typically we travel to McKinney or Rockwall for pho. I noticed that the pricing was expensive compared to where we go in McKinney and Rockwall. Issues I had with food were that they did not mix the noodles and it was clumped together, just about too heavy for chopsticks to pick up. I got the regular size and they were four small pieces of meat, the broth without adding anything was salty and slightly sour.
I’ve been ordering take out from Tokyo Express in Greenville since opening day. The food is good. Just make sure to check your take out order before you leave. I usually order the Pho with flank with the steak on the side. There has been a few occasions where either the steak or the flank was missing from my order.
