El Pancho Mexican Restaurant offers consistent, good food and great service, whether for take out or dine in. The dining area has several tables and is clean and inviting. The menu offers a range of choices, and portions are large and satisfying. The charro beans are some of the best, perfect without any salt or pepper, and the street tacos with corn tortillas, cilantro, and caramelized onions are phenomenal. The carnitas are great, and whole (barracho) beans cooked with onions, red bell pepper, poblano peppers, and spices are good enough to eat as an entree. Spinach enchiladas are filled with flavorful spinach with a very good white sauce. Initial chips and salsa are good, with low to medium heat. Drinks are great, and the sweet tea is pretty spot on. The restaurant has a very nice family atmosphere, with top-tier service. The owner and staff are very lovely. El Pancho never disappoints and is highly recommended.
