There's always something missing from the order and then have to pull around and wait even longer. This time I had to wait behind a lady who nearly sideswiped me to be first in line. I got my order before hers, since she clearly ordered enough for the town, and instead of asking her to move forward, they kept her there holding up a whole line of people who already received their orders. When she finally got hers, she still sat there trying to distribute the entire bag without pulling forward. Now I guess they're not putting in napkins, straws or utensils.
The ahole lady isn't the fault of chick fila, but drive thru traffic could have been managed better. The regular line seems to move faster than the mobile line. Food was cold by the time I drove the 2 blocks home because of how long I needed to sit and wait for them to move.

The customers in that area are not the kind. I got yelled by some women who pulled out of the parking lot, flipped me off then followed me to the order area. She tried to block me from leaving then continue to yelled at me threaten to hurt me.

Lunch time - Super busy and only one cashier working. A second cashier started when the line grew . Even though busy, got my order quickly enough.
Black lady by the name of Peaches is very rude. She seen I'm disabled and told me walk this way then that way. No one was In the store. All because ur big and lazy. And should have a hair bet on or comb your hair and properly put it up. Shame on your for disrespecting the disabled. Corporate America is out of control
