We waited 30 mins for some chilli cheese fries! I went inside after seeing everyone else order being brought out that came wayyy after me! I was told by the “manager” they were having some kind of “difficulties! She said they had “ran out of chilli and it only take 4 mins to cook! How so when Ive already waited 25 mins! Make it make sense! Then the employees(youngsters)had the nerve to catch attitudes! Ive had issues with this dairy queen before! I will never step foot in there again! I will stay on my side of town! Update…. My tacos were cold and soggy! I guess they had been sitting up there for 30 mins! And my son lives behind bruces mb🤦🏽♀️ Not even a 5 min drive from this location!

They brought us someone else's food. After we opened it and touched it they came and got it back and rewrapped it. I'm assuming they gave the order to the original customer. My dude was under cooked and my tea tasted old. Will not be going back to this location. Groves Texas.

Cooks did not have on Gloves. They were handling the meat with their bare hands. No hairnet...As a certified Texas Food Safety and Handler, I know they should know better. Cross contamination can give food borne illnesses. I asked if 1 worker with gray shirt if they were manager. She replied, I'm one of them, and completely ignored and acted clueless about food Safety. We'll eat elsewhere. You will not fix my food like u are at home.
