Was just wondering if you're hiring , I work as a day shift delivery driver for Nederland store, no weekends. I may have to try and transfer to your store due to fact we have no company cars, and my car rear brakes are shot

The pie was perfect. Staff was awesome, brightened the store up. Got a NY style pizza, id recommend to a friend!
Parking: Make sure to take the 2nd driveway, car tried to pull out in front of me at that intersection

I waited for 40 minutes after ordering online to be told by Andy and Riley that my food would be an additional 40 minutes. Just bake your own if you have to come to this location.

This would get a 0 if I could rate the service . I was ignored at the window . Then when one of the employees finally came to the window he then proceeded to say they have to remake the pizza I ordered. The store was not busy at the time I arrived . The employee on that answered the phone did not even know how to give you instructions for online orders . This is one of the first not good reviews I have ever given . I will not recommend or encourage service at this location. They have much stepping up to do. I really would have liked to say better things about this location due to the store being close.

Someone didn't hit "done" in the tracking system when it wasnt..
The ovens were timed right to not over cook pizzas when busy... weird.
And more importantly.. the dude in the back in the hat who was screaming at employees like a freaking lunatic didnt help. You know who you were.. you stopped when I started talking about you and how you were acting.
If that person is a manager that doesn't dress like one - you may want to stop that before the people he is creating the legal definition of a hostile work environment for realise that employment lawyers only get paid when they win. Some stuff I heard was way out of line.
It's a job they are not there for fun.. and pizza. Calm down.
Also.. 2 pizzas are less than 6. For those that need help with that sort of thing.

Prolonged wait time for order only to find out it was 1-2 hour wait. Had to call 3 times and wait on hold for 15 minutes to talk to someone

I ordered my pizza and 25 minutes later still not ready. Said would be ready in 12 minutes. Every person in line had to park and wait on pizza . 6pm on Friday. I understand it's a busy time but don't say 12 minutes if it's 45 minutes . I would not of ordered. They said I could not cancel order.
Ordered through the app and after 45mins was notified that my order was ready. Once I arrived at the pickup window I was told that it would take another 15 minutes for it to be ready. I was asked to pull around the front and wait. The app should be modified to fit the stores needs.

The food is good, the service is never a problem, but the tip cup tapped outside the drive-thru window is a bit much. I thought that was for delivery drivers. Seems like they’re always looking for ways to nickel & dime people. I order from here a lot but I can’t afford the pizza cost , gas to there, feel pressured to tip, then gas to get home smh
