I've ordered wings from here a few times and at this point it has to be malicious. Everytime regardless if I ask for Ranch as a DIPPING sauce or not, it is covered in it. This time I order garlic parmesan with no sauce and I get plain covered in ranch. I hardly if ever have a problem with the pizza but this is becoming a recurring problem with the wings. Please stop covering everything in ranch especially when it wasn't even asked for.

The last two times I’ve ordered from this location, it took over 1.5hrs for my delivery. I figured I’d give them one more shot. Third time is a charm, right? False… This time the delivery was on time, but they drove so fast that the pizza apparently lost all of its toppings. The pizza I received was sloppy and didn’t have hardly any of its toppings on this so called “specialty pizza”. I know it won’t make a difference, but I definitely won’t be ordering from them again. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Everything i order it is screwed up or they say it is ready then I get there and wait a extra 20 mins because they screwed up on the tracker. They all need re training in the store.

I love this Dominos location. The one in Nederland is a joke.
But today it really exceeded expectations, the order was done in a timely manner, made right, & the guy was friendly at the window.
They definitely deserve the praise tonight!
When I opened the pizza box I had to pinch myself because I thought I was in heaven! My pizza was PERFECT! 😍 🤤🤤

I ordered a cheese pizza online, and the app indicated it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, I was told they had messed up my order and would need to make the pizza again, resulting in an additional 20-minute wait.
I understand that mistakes happen, but waiting 20 minutes for a simple cheese pizza is frustrating, especially when other Domino's locations typically have my orders ready in around 12 minutes.
Additionally, the service at the drive-thru was lacking; it felt like the staff was trying to ignore customers rather than assist them. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with both the wait time and the service. I hope they can improve in these areas, as I’ve had much better experiences at other locations.

Dominoes still has some really great pizza. They basically defined what delivery pizza is to us. This is how we all know them but this new generation is meeting a different dominoes. My mother asked me to go pick up her pizza and i asked why don't you get it delivered. I didn't get a clear answer but she's unique at times and i just wanted to make her happy. When i got there I asked, if they charged for delivery, I'm thinking maybe a $1 sur charge would be enough for my mother to save it but they told me it's $5 something. I was shocked. Delivery was how they edged out the other pizzarias. I'm sorry it wasn't on flavor. Every other place we went to was better in my opinion but Delivery just really takes the cake. They cornered a market, got people to appreciate there pizza even though there was nothing unique about it except for free Delivery and they so that. I'm sorry but I'm disappointed. I'll still get my mom what she wants but I'm not going to get mine from there Anymore. I feel insulted

I ordered a thin crust pizza and a chicken Alfredo pasta, dominos called us when we just got to the location and told us they don’t have chicken for the pasta and what do we want to replace it with and we said just give us some ranch. Then we got to the window and told them our order name and they ask the same question what to replace the chicken with and we said the same thing. When they gave us the food, they only gave us a pizza and we ask the guy where our pasta and he said i thought you only wanted two ranches to replace it. We said you said yall didn’t have chicken for the pasta so we said to replace the chicken for that, Why would we replace a pasta for two ranches. Are you kidding? and then he was like well we’ll have it ready in 10 mins and to pull around. This is my first time ever having a problem with dominos and this just upset me because the guy brushed it off. And it wasn’t just us he was giving problems to, also the people in front of us.
Normally I have no problems with them but recently the last two orders, I’ve had they have put tomato sauce on the spinach feta specialty pizza when it comes with the Alfredo. It’s disappointing to bite into a pizza when your hungry and it’s the wrong thing 😞

Maria Kelly the GM was very unprofessional and refused to even try to make things right about this order. Food was cold because it sat in a car for 50 minutes because the driver got lost and wouldn’t listen as I tried to give directions. I called the store and the employees that took my phone call refused to let me speak to a manager and just kept saying my food was on the way. It actually was with a second driver. Why didn’t a manager or Maria herself reach out to me when my order returned to the store? Unprofessional and too comfortable with their job! Poor customer service!
