This is the worst place to get food from. The customer service is always awful. I’ve gone 5 times and they are somehow always out of the food I need and the employees close early so you don’t order. Don’t waste your time coming here. At this point they should just close this store down

If I could give a 0 star, I would. A Popeyes, which is supposed to serve various chicken recipes, is always out of chicken. Honestly, it's laughable. Its happened more than 3 times. Also it takes 45 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches when they actually have chicken.

This restaurant was a big disappointment. I've always enjoyed going to Popeyes, but this restaurant visit was disappointing . The chicken tenders were cool and somewhat rubbery in texture They were completely out of biscuits and they were only offering mashed potatoes and french fries as sides. I don't believe I'll go back to this location. Sorry about this less than wonderful review.

We love Popeyes, but every time we go to either of the locations by us, there is some kind of issue.

This time at this location we sat in the drive thru line for at least 20 minutes. The order box wasn't working, we needed to order at the window. Then someone in front of us was fussing at an employee about something that took forever. When we finally got to the window to order, we was informed that they didn't have any sides at all. We sat there for nothing.

This was the absolute worst experience! I've ever had a Popeyes. The drive thru wasn't working properly and I drove around to the window. The first worker looked at us, but didn't offer any help. The second young man greeted us and took our order. They were out of two items we requested. Biscuits were not even in the store. Cajun dirty rice wasn't served at this location. The tenders were rubbery and cool, not hot and the individual mashed potatoes were room temperature. I will not return to this location.

Staff was rude and completely unprofessional, parking lot was filthy and inside was just as bad. Walk in there anyways to grab some chicken and the manager proceeded to tell me “we ain’t got no chicken” never going back here!! If I could give a negative star rating I

Only did drive through but this location had good customer service and one of the best Popeyes chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Way better than the other location nearby.
