Last time we ordered a 12 pcs meal and 5 pcs chicken tenders. The lady only put them in the 12 pcs.One more time they don't give complete the orders.Sometimes we don't have time to return at place and claim the order. Too bad.

Went to this location which was a further drive. Was able to use online coupons for a different location, at this one. Manager had my food out in a timely manner. She did that !!!She can manage her team well ! FYI I ordered a family meal .Parking: Love this location and the food is always deliciousKid-friendliness: Kids portion is on point and this is a kid friendly restaurant.

The service here is horrible. I really like Popeyes but 2 out of 3 times I've been to this one on twin city hwy my order was wrong the first time. My order was not complete the second time when I called back and told the lady my order wasn't complete she told me she bagged it herself so she knew it was right. I will drive to Nederland before I'll go there again...

Ordered a "bacon and cheese chicken sandwich" with no pickles, all I got was a chicken cutlet on a bun and 1/3 cup of mayo slathered all over it. No bacon, no cheese, no nothing. I'll stick with chick-fil-a from now on.

I ordered a 16 piece received a 10 piece and paid $45 for 10 pieces and three large sides and eight biscuits. They shorted me six pieces and would not answer their phone.

I had to call the Corporate office while in their drive thru! I would never understand for the life of me, why do Men or Women get jobs dealing with customers and they have no clue how to greet/treat customers, respect them, do the job they were hired to do, and not have an attitude. Why are these people so angry? This happens at almost every Popeyes. It's all ways the black workers to be very rude and unprofessional. I waited 46 minutes for a number 7 and number 1! UNBELIEVABLE!Parking: Parking is the least of my problem.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp

We enjoyed a very good meal today my son and I shared a three-piece meal with fries and our server was Adontae and she was awesome. She was playful with my son who is very shy and made him feel comfortable. She also snuck us an extra biscuit so he can have one but don't tell anybody. Thank you for your kindness and service.

Everything was fine. When getting off work I decided to order food from Popeyes. I ordered a family meal. I had to wait 25 minutes. There were about 3 vehicles that were in front of me. They had to park on the side waiting on there as well. I was very upset, so I went inside to check on my order. The person that was in charge seem like she was busy with her cell phone until few more customers started walking in letting her know about their food for the ones that were in front of me that has been waiting as well smh... Then she starts working ?
