This place is amazing! Referred by a friend in the area. We are from South Louisiana and I would drive the 2 hours to eat these tacos every chance we get. Try the Birria and Barbacoa you will not regret it. Chefs kiss! The horchata was amazing as well!

I got simple bacon and egg tacos this week. Quite good. Not the best I ever had but, so far in my search Silvia's pretty darn good. It's a little out of my way but I'll try to make it by there again and get something more.
P.S. I could have gone to four stars but the building and dining area are too rustic for that. And BTW, no, a fine dining atmosphere is not what I seek when getting breakfast tacos.
Best lil taco shop around. I buy breakfast for a living (sales), and this is one of the most desired stops for breakfast tacos in Southeast Texas. I'll drive from Beaumont, to Silvia's, then back to Beaumont to treat my Beaumont customers, and they never disappoint. Absolutely delicious and lots of food per tortilla. Highly recommended.

The tacos here are delicious. I always get the carne asada and the chicharron. The chicharron reminds me of how my grandma used to make them. The salsas that come with the tacos are excellent and very flavorful. This place is a 20 out of 10 and a definite must try for anyone who wants to eat authentic Mexican food.
